Charmau Electric, a company celebrating its 50th anniversary, approached me for a rebranding project. The goal was to create a logo and brand identity that would pay homage to their rich history while being functional and relevant for their needs in 2023.
I crafted a design solution that included two logos. The main logo retained a familiar feel, ensuring continuity with the existing customer base while incorporating elements that reflected Charmau Electric’s services. The second logo was a minimalist variation designed to be used as an icon, with the company name integrated in a way that maintained legibility even in small spaces such as tools or digital icons.
The main logo successfully retains a connection to the company’s history while showcasing their services in a contemporary manner. The introduction of a new color palette has brought balance and consistency to their brand identity across various media platforms. The minimalist logo variation has provided a versatile solution for smaller spaces and icon usage, ensuring brand recognition and coherence strengthening Charmau Electric’s position in the market as they enter their next chapter.
